Sleek teak…
Designed by Victor Bramwell Wilkins and produced in the 1960s by British furniture icon, G Plan, this classic teak console table was part of the Fresco range, with its clean lines and stripped down design giving it a distinctive, modernist look!
A teak veneered carcass houses two large dovetail-jointed drawers, and is raised on a slender, dark Afromosia frame and legs.
This scarce model was produced in smaller runs and is now much sought after as a timeless example of mid-century design. I also have one of the other Fresco consoles (the one with the ears… see further down my page for details on this), but it’s the first time I’ve owned this rarer version!
A lovely example in very good clean vintage condition, it’s clearly been cherished and well looked after, and retains its original factory finish.

H74cm x W106.5cm x D46cm
