Description
Super stylin’…
There’s plenty to admire about this thoroughly stylish 1950s roll-top record cabinet…
Produced in former Yugoslavia, it features a beech carcass and tambour top which rotates open to reveal a compartmentalised interior with four removable plywood dividers. Raised on its original black lacquered wooden legs, it cuts a mean silhouette with that distinctive tombola form!
Perhaps from a time when record covers were overrated, it will hold LP discs but strangely not their sleeves! It is however big enough to house smaller vinyl, and those removable dividers open up a whole world of storage possibilities…
This rare and head-turning piece of 1950s design comes in very good vintage condition with minimal signs of wear.
