An ingenious Scandinavian bookcase / secret drinks cabinet, in teak.
Produced in Norway by Mobelfabrikken Sola during the 1960s, this unusual triangular cabinet is designed to stand in the corner of a room like an unassuming bookcase… but with the turn of a key it transforms into your own private cocktail cabinet!
A high quality teak veneer carcass stands on three shapely legs, and houses a revolving, lockable interior with a two-tier bookcase on one side and a mirrored drinks compartment on the other.
A wine glass rack and glass shelf sit above a semi-circular preparation area, which has a convenient lip to prevent your drinks sliding off in all the excitement!
This superb piece of mid-century Scandinavian design comes in excellent vintage condition with only minor signs of age.
