Back to my roots…
One of the first pieces of furniture I sold was a Herbert E. Gibbs record cabinet… well here’s another one!
Produced in England during the 1950s, it features two sliding doors and is raised on rather brutal looking arched legs.
The interior is fitted with five vibrant red dividers, plus a handy contents strip for organising your vinyl collection like a proper geek!
This thoroughly 1950s cabinet comes in excellent clean vintage condition… but it’s that gently angled front which really does it for me!

H71cm x W66cm x D40cm

*Herbert E. Gibbs first trained as a cabinet maker at a technical college and also taught carpentry at a school. He founded the furniture manufacturing company Herbert E. Gibbs in London during the 1920s, and sold across the UK to retailers including Heals.

Excellent vintage condition – completely sturdy and clean with minimal signs of use.
