This stylish pair of modernist door pulls were produced in the 1960s by high-end door handle manufacturer, Ogro, a German company with roots in the Bauhaus movement and several collaborations with revered industrial designer, Wilhelm Wagenfeld.
Constructed from aluminium and hard resin, their boomerang shaped design gives them a distinctive, aerofoil-like appearance!
One in black and the other in amber, these large door pulls can be fixed to a pair of double doors or each side of a single door, with their contrasting colours complimenting the interior of each room.
They come in good vintage condition with some signs of use which does not detract from their overall appearance, and are each stamped ’Ogro’ and model number ‘8956’ on the reverse.
