Thank you for shopping at Death By Teak!
Shipping Zones:
Shipping fees apply to delivery within the United Kingdom. We cannot ship Large or Extra Large items internationally or outside of the UK Mainland at this time.
Please contact me prior to purchase for an international shipping quote on small and medium sized items.
Large and Extra large shipping costs are based on ground floor delivery, and the Courier may require assistance unloading at your end.
Please contact me prior to purchase if:
- there are stairs involved
- you require a two-person delivery team
- you have any additional requirements.

Death By Teak
Shipping Costs including P&P
- Small items delivered by Royal Mail or similar postal service : £10
- Medium items delivered by Royal Mail or similar postal service : £20
- Large items delivered by van courier: £80
- Extra Large items delivered by van courier: £120
UK Processing and Delivery Times
- Small and Medium sized items are usually processed and delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- Large and Extra Large items are usually processed and delivered within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays
- During peak seasons processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there is any delay in processing your order.
Tracking Your Order
- Small and Medium sized items: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the courier’s website.
- Large and Extra Large Items: Once your order is made we will agree a suitable delivery date with you. The Courier will then contact you in advance with a delivery time slot.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact us if you would like to arrange a return and we will do our best to accommodate in a reasonable and friendly manner.
Please note that return costs may be at the customer’s expense unless for reasons of damage or if the product does not match the description. Thank you.
