Produced by British high street giant, Habitat, in the 1980s, these much sought-after screens were based on a 1940s design by revered Finnish architect, Alvar Aalto.
Beautifully patinaed slats of solid pine are connected by steel cables to create this sculptural, articulated form.
Overall condition is very good although it is missing a little ‘tooth’ at the top, which is a small pity but does not effect the function at all… and I know a few people born in the ‘80s who share that same issue…
