An elegant 1960s teak coffee table, with a book-matched veneer top raised on shapely sleigh legs.
You’ll sometimes see this design attributed to Danish designer, Peter Hvidt, and although it shares similar aesthetics to some of his work, I believe these coffee tables were in fact produced by little known British furniture maker, Durable Suites Ltd.
An ultra stylish piece in very good vintage condition with only minor signs of age… and in that deep teak colour which you just don’t get from modern furniture!
